We KNOW how much of yourself you put into your business! We know all the blood, sweat and tears that you pour into your work. And we admire you for it! In fact, we love you for it!

Employees Are Leaders in Training

We also know we all have exceptional employees! Just the other day, one of our employees, Sarah, celebrated our uniforms. Yes, uniforms! Last week she took the initiative and took photos of acceptable and not acceptable appearances for jobs! Through these photos, she illustrated perfectly the importance of looking your best – it encourages doing your best on every job.

We care about our employees, and we strive to take care of their needs while holding them to high standards. This is beneficial to our company, sure. But there’s more. We are training great kids to be great adults, positive, contributing, great members of society who go out and make the world a better place than it was before they arrived on the scene.

At the same time, we also know we’re examples. So we have to tow that line too! Working and living with dignity, grace, compassion, and love, we show our employees through our model what a grown-up looks and acts like. Not everybody learns that at home or even at school.
